A Wrinkle in time

This summer i read a book called a Wrinkle in time of Madeleine l'Engle. It's about a girl called Meg Murry. She is very intelligent but he has a lot of problems and troubles in the school. Her father, a important scientific, desappeared time back in stranges circumstances. Her young brother, Charles Wallace, is a prodigy child but everybody thinks that they has a handicap. They met three suspicious women: Miss Whatsit, Miss Which and Miss Who. Charles Wallace and Meg, travel with those women to differents worlds searching her lost father. In that trip they met some curious people and they travel into awesome places.
This book has been very hard to read but I think I understand the whole story, and I like so much the plot because I think is an original and fantastic story.

The Wall

The thing I loved the most in Berlin was The Wall, so I'm going to do a post for him. The Berlin Wall was built in 1961 to 1989 and separated the German Federal Republic and the German Democratic Republic. That starts when in the end of the World War II, the URSS, England, USA and France won to Germany and they divided the zone. Years later, in the Cold War, the things were compicated because the capitalist zone they progress and in the sovietc zone they didn't. So, in the Cold War, they decided make a Wall in Berlin, because it was the capital. The 9 of November of 1989, in the Minister's Council proclaim the fall of the wall.

My german family

I had a little luck with my family because all of them speak a perfect spanish because Natalia (the mother of Marlene) is spanish and is the spanish teacher in the school. They was very very good with me and I was very confortable in their house. In the family there was the father who names Florian, the mother who names Natalia, the daughter Marlene (he was my correpondent in the exchange), and his young borther Matias, who was 9 years old. They had two cats too. The house was very big and there was a carpet in the floor and I love that because it makes a most confortable place.

Berlin

This Juny I was in Berlin ten days with our german friends that came in January. There was a very funny and unforgettable experience. We were doing practices in the school and seeing their system of learning. Borja and me were in the first of primary class and we saw how the children were very independents and they had in the class a lot of material to learn and they know how to use it alone. In secondary they work very independent too, and a thing that call our attention were that they hadn't any cleaning lady and no cooker, they cleaned the class and every week there were two persons that were in charge of the cafeteria and they should prepare the break and when the catering takes the lunch, the had to serve it. Elena and Andrea were helping in the cafeteria and that was very funny.
The town that the most of we lived, it calls Köpenick and it was twenty minutes in subway from Berlin. I liked very very much the city of Berlin and my favourite thing was The Wall (actually, I think it is my favourite monument). We made a lot of new friends and we have a lot of experiences. I´m going to miss them a lot :)

For and against about smoking

Many people usually smoke cigarettes. But some people smoke marihuana and things like that unusually. Is that good? In my opinion, I think that that smoke cigarettes usually is very very bad for the body, but for the other persons too. Moreover that cost a lot of money a long of the year. People who usually smokes have a lot of consequences, like cancer or physical problems too: their teeth turns yellow and the lips turns with wrinkles. I think smoke usually is bad.

In the other hand we have the people who smokes only in parties and in their social life. That people smoke to have a good moment of happiness. The problem is that the drugs are illegal.

Well, I'm in a neutral poisition because I think that everybody can do with his body what he wants, but I'm never ever ever going to smoke .

Why was special this summer?

This summer wasn´t so special because I did the same that the others summers.
The only thing was that I went to London for one week in August and I liked it very very much. Y talked a lot in English and I saw and learntfrom an other culture, and a new city.
This summer, I learnt too, that all can´t be always perfect.
This summer was special too because I learnt to stay one month without my friend and stay always with my family. It was difficult and boring, but special.
I hope next summer will be more special that this one.

My favourite day of the week.

Really, I like all the days, but the best is Saturday. On Saturday I don´t have any stress and pression than I have the rest of the week. Normally, on Sturday I wake up when I want, usually at 11:00 or 11:30. Then I have a big breakfast. Afterwords I usually get dressed or if I´m very vague I spend a pair of hours on the computer, and afterwords I get dressed. If I have homework I do a part of them. Sometimes I go shopping with my friend in the morning. At 14:30 I have dinner with my familly. After that, I sometimes watch some film or I put in the computer. In the afternoon I usually go out with my friends, to the cinema... etc. At night I usually watch a some flim in home and I have a long and relax shower or I go to sleep to some friend´s house.

Euroreporter 2010: Großefehn.

We arrived to Großefehn on Wednesday at 00:30 after two hours in a bus from Valencia to Alicante and three hours on a plane to arrive to Bremen.
When we arrived, the teachers introduced us the families. My german corresponsal name´s Hannah.
Next day, we went to Langeoog, an island in the North Sea. The town was very pretty and it was so windy. The beach was very big. We went to shopping in the town with our group. When we came back, Paola and me, went with Carlos and her german, to the german of Victor´s house. We had a funny afternoon.
Friday, morning, we did the activities. My group went to a lake to canoning. That wasn´t good because it was so cold. When we came back, some people and me did a "coca de llanda" for the stand. St 16:00, we went to the house and at 19:00, there was a party. The party was very funny.
Next day, on Saturday, we had the shows. Our show with lighters had some problems, but at the end, there was so good. In the afternoon we went to the german of Elena´s house and we took photos of the town. The town was so so beautiful. The houses had very big gardens and were reds. The ladscape was so pretty: with cows, horses and a lot of green zones. When we came back at home, we saw a a film in Spanish with subtitules in German. There was so funny!
On Sunday, we leave Großefehn and we wents to Bremen with "La Gavina" school students.
In the afternoon we went to the "Universum". There was so impressive.
Next day, in the morning, we went shopping and after we took a plane to Alicante. We arrived to school at 22:30.
This experience was so good to make friends and practice my English!

NEW YORK

The 1st of August I went to New York with my family.
The first day I saw the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MET) and the Museum of Natural History. I like very much both museums but I like more the museum of natural history than the other.
The second day we went to the Empire State and in the evening we took a walk around the city.
The third day we went to the Statue of Liberty in a boat and we went from Manhattan to Staten Island.
The forth day we went to buy in the 5th avenue and we also went to Chinatown and Little Italy.
The fifth day we went to the Moma and in the evening we took a walk for Central Park.
And the last day we went to the airport and back home.
I like very much went to New York although we walk too much.

MY HOLIDAYS PLAN

This holidays I am going to do very much things.
Yesterday I did the ballet festival and at Monday I have a exam to get into the ballet conservatory.
The Wednesday 1st of July I start a english lessons in my school Es cuela 2.
In the first week of August I am going to New York with my family and later I go to Palma de Mallorca to see my grandparents.

And this is my holidays plan! happy summer!

BAEZA, UBEDA AND GRANADA

The class of ESO 1 went to Ubeda, Baeza and Granada.
The first day we went to see the Oil Museum and later we saw Baeza by train.
The second day, in the morning we went to visit Úbeda with a guide to see its monuments. In the evening we went to Baeza and they show us the city with a theatre performance.
The 3rd day we went by bus to Granada and in the evening we went to see this wonderful city.
The 4th day we went to the Alhambra and in the evening we went to see the smallest arabs streets of the Albaicín.
The last day we come back to Valencia.

My favourite fim is Twilight. The story is about a girl to goes to live with her father in a very small village, Forks. There she knows Edward and she discover the secret of Edward and her family, thew are vampires. Bella to fall in love of Edward but the story no ends here because still missing 3 films more.
